Charge LED flashes only when AC power is connected.

zauLEDSignalizer should be run with root privileges on machines with ROM version 3.10 and higher. To do that hold down your stylus on the zauLEDSignalizer icon until a window appears.
In this window tick ''Execute with root priviledge'' and then tap OK.
