UniversalRemoteCE contains Infrared profiles for more than 1000 different consumer IR devices from over 250 manufacturers, and custom profiles can be learned from a factory remote. For Pocket PC's with a side mounted IrDA port, UniversalRemoteCE allows the device screens to be rotated so that the screen is upright while holding the Pocket PC sideways so that the IR port points in the forward direction.
