"The Grim has risen", this is what the prophet said, and now you are going back to Sanctis. The port city you grew up in has become a strange and hellish place - every night it is blanketed with green myste which pours out of the tower windows of the Grim's keep. Those who venture into the myste become mind zombies and do the Grim's bidding. An apparition of the Grim himself has begun to visit you, haunting your dreams and speaking to you as a floating apparition, taunting you and making your days an unending nightmare. The Green Myste is a first person role playing adventure game. Your character will gain experience and power as he unravels the mysteries of the Sanctis, the Grim and the Green Myste. You will meet up with various adventurers whom you may invite to join you, adding to the skill set and power of your party - all of which will be helpful as you battle hundreds of monsters and defeat countless tricks and traps spread throughout the adventure. When the game starts you will hear audio clips and see a series of animated graphics that tell the story of what has befallen the City of Sanctis. The game melds traditional character role playing mechanics: gaining experience to increase power, having a party of adventurers and maintaining an inventory of many different kinds of items. Such diversity of experience is normally only found in a pure adventure game. There are many people to meet and talk to, many unique places to visit, unique puzzles to solve and unique experiences to be had. The Green Myste is a living, breathing world that was over four years in the making and which is now yours to explore and enjoy.
