Special note to Comcast customers having their Comcast e-mail forwarded to their BlackBerry: RIM and its affiliated service providers are working actively to resolve an attachment delivery issue, which makes attachments inaccessible. This issue is outside of DocHawk and an ideal workaround for this is to have your e-mail sent to your BlackBerry's web client address, as this will bypass Comcast in the mean time. |
