Description

Nappy Cat Sudoku will allow you to play sudoku on your PDA! It will create virtually unlimited puzzles for you to solve with varying degrees of difficulty using a high performance state of the art algorithm. Every generated puzzle has only one solution. You can also create your own puzzles or copy a puzzle from a newspaper or magazine to play on your PDA. Nappy Cat Sudoku will keep track of how long it takes you to solve a puzzle and record the time in a high score list (a separate list for each difficulty level). Difficulty levels are based on what techniques are required to solve the puzzle, not on how many digits are given.Several tools are included to help you solve your puzzles like hints, pencilmarks, cell highlighters for coloring techniques, and undo/redo operations. Nappy Cat Sudoku will even solve the puzzle for you.

Note: The trial version will generate a new puzzle every time you start it instead of automatically saving your current puzzle, and will give you a limited number of entries. The trial version will only generate beginner level puzzles. Beginner level puzzles will have most of the cells already filled in for you.

Nappy Cat Sudoku should work on all modern Sharp Zaurus devices with the original ROM. It will automatically scale and rotate for clamshell devices. Library dependencies are minimal so it will probably work with second party ROM's also.

Now includes a version compatible with the Archos PMA. Please note, that Archos PMA defaults to 8-bit color for non multimedia applications, so the color accuracy will be reduced. This will be most noticeable when using the theme packs.
