Description:

MyLittleGPS for Blackberry, is a new way to use your BlackBerry in mobility.
You only have to save your favourite spot (POI), like Office, Home, Church, School.
Now you can define different event types:

· Enter/Exit POI Popup alarm
· Enter/Exit POI Led alarm
· Enter/Exit POI Sound alarm
· Enter/Exit POI Vibration
· Enter/Exit POIt Send Email
· Enter/Exit POI Send SMS
· Enter/Exit POI Send Power off

With this application you can record different special GSM Cell and associate to them particular events.

 

That means, you can create an event to have a sound alarm at the moment you arrive in a GSM Cell (or exit from this). So you will be able to sleep in your train and it will wake you up when you are near at your station.

You can activate it to send an email or an sms to your wife, when you are near home, so she can prepare your lunch.

You can use it to power off your blackberry when you are entering in your church or to let your blackberry vibrate when you are near your favourite newspaper stand, so you'll never forget to buy comics for your son.

You can also see in real time in which spot you are.

Create a new POI Event:

From the main menu you have to click on trackwheel menu item “New POI alert”. Now you can prepare a description of the event, firstly with a name. Then you have to choice if this event has to start when you leave the area or when you enter the area (the “area” is related where you are creating the event).

Then you can select some events to notify the enter/leave of this area. For example if you want to send an sms when you enter the area you have to click on “When you enter this area” button and then you must fill SMS number and SMS text.

When you have finished you must click on trackwheel menu item “Create”. Now you have an active event. You can see it from the list. If you want to disable the event, without deleting it, you can click on the trackwheel menu item “Deactivate”. Then if you want to reactive it you have to click on “Activate”.

Delete a POI Event:

If you want to delete a POI Event, from the main menu you must click on trackwheel menu item “Delete POI alert”.

Read a POI Event:

If you want to know informations about a POI Event, from the main menu you must click on trackwheel menu item “Read”. Then MyLittleGPS will show you a view with all informations related with this POI Event.

“Where I Am?” service:

This service is useful to have a monitor where you can see the information related to current area. For example if you use the train, you can record each stop with MyLittleGPS and then you will see on this monitor at which stop you are.
