MeetingMute is a sound utility for Pocket PC 2000/2002/2003 that provides flexible muting options to allow you to mute sounds when you desire. With MeetingMute, you wont miss a future reminder because you forgot to restore the volume after you muted it for a meeting-- it restores the volume for you. A link to Pocket Outlook is provided for completely unattended muting so you don't even have to remember to mute before the meeting. Simply pick the categories of appointments you would like to mute sounds for and MeetingMute does the rest. MeetingMute offers much more than just muting functionality, though. A Sound Protection feature continually monitors your sound settings, making sure that reminders and alarms are not inadvertently silenced. MeetingMute has been designed to work unobtrusively in the background. Once installed and configured, you can almost forget that it is there -- except that your sounds are heard when you want them to be and silenced when you dont. With MeetingMute you can have confidence that you won't miss a reminder because you forgot to restore the volume or another program changed your sound settings.
